1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

• Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (Mountain Time).
• Business Days: Monday – Friday.
• Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT or during weekends/public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Total waiting time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

A. Production Time (Handling)

• Standard Production: 5 – 7 business days.

B. Shipping Time (Transit)

• United States: 7 – 15 business days.

*Total delivery typically takes 12 – 22 business days. In rare instances (carrier delays or extreme weather), it may take longer (20-25 business days).

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all orders under $99.00.
• Free Shipping: FREE on all orders of $99.00 or more.

4. Business Transparency & Fulfillment

HeyClogs operates exclusively as an online storefront managed by A SHOE IN LLC. We do not maintain a physical retail location or showroom. To ensure the highest quality and variety, all items are custom-made to order and shipped directly from our production partners to your doorstep.

5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to your email automatically once your package is scanned by the carrier. If you do not receive a number within 7 business days, please contact us at support@heyclogs.com.

6. Customs, Import Taxes & Duties

For international orders shipped outside the United States, customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges levied by the destination country. These fees are determined and collected by your local customs authority and are not included in our product price or shipping cost. As the recipient and importer of record, you are responsible for paying any such charges. We are unable to predict or control these amounts, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.
