HeyClogs is operated by A SHOE IN LLC. We sell made-to-order printed EVA clogs and fan footwear products that use team, school, league, and sports-themed artwork through documented licensing and authorization channels.

Our Authorization Position

HeyClogs works only with product designs, artwork files, production partners, and distribution sources that are represented to us as authorized for the applicable merchandise categories. Our internal compliance records are maintained by product collection, team or school mark, supplier, authorization source, territory, and product type.

Where a product displays a team, school, league, mascot, logo, colorway, or other protected design element, HeyClogs maintains supporting documentation showing the authorization chain for that use. This may include license confirmations, approved distributor records, supplier authorization documents, purchase records, product artwork approvals, or other business records that connect the product to an authorized source.

Covered Merchandise Categories

Our current catalog focuses on made-to-order printed EVA clogs and related fan footwear products. The authorization records maintained by HeyClogs are organized around the following areas:

• College, university, and sports-team themed collections.
• Personalized products where permitted by the applicable product and artwork authorization.

Collegiate, League, and Team Marks

Many sports marks are owned or controlled by universities, leagues, clubs, or their appointed licensing agencies. HeyClogs does not claim ownership of those marks. When such marks appear on our website, they are used only for products that HeyClogs treats as covered by its documented authorization chain.

Our compliance process is designed to ensure that team names, school names, league references, logos, color treatments, and related artwork are used only for products supported by authorization records. Products that are not covered by our authorization records are not intended to be submitted to Google Merchant Center or advertised as licensed merchandise.

Verification Materials

Because license agreements, supplier contracts, invoices, distributor records, and artwork approval documents often contain confidential commercial information, HeyClogs does not publish full license documents publicly on this page. This evidence package can include product URLs, product IDs, collection names, supplier records, and supporting authorization documentation for the relevant marks or design assets.

If a reviewer needs to verify a specific product, collection, team, school, league, or mark, please include the product URL, product ID, mark name, and the reason for the review request so we can locate the corresponding compliance records.
