HeyClogs products are not manufactured by, sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or licensed by Crocs, Inc. Where the word “Crocs” appears in a collection label or URL, it is used as an informal shopper search and navigation term for classic clog-style footwear only; it does not identify the manufacturer or brand of the product.

Some fan-themed products display third-party professional or college sports team names, logos, colors, or other marks as decorative artwork. HeyClogs does not hold licenses from those leagues, teams, colleges, universities, or other rights holders. These products are unofficial, independently produced fan-themed merchandise and are not official team, league, college, or university merchandise.

All third-party names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation.

Made-to-Order Business Model

HeyClogs does not maintain finished inventory or operate a public retail store, warehouse, or fulfillment center. After payment is confirmed, order details are sent to independent production partners for customization, packing, and direct shipment to the customer. The production and dispatch location may vary by order.
