1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order enters our automated production cycle at our facility and cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Eligibility for Resolution

We provide full support (Refund or Replacement) for issues caused by our manufacturing process:

• Sizing Error: The size received does not match the size selected in your order.
• Design Mismatch: The print differs significantly from the product description.
• Defective/Damaged Items: The product arrived with tearing, peeling, or manufacturing defects.

3. Easy Resolution Process (Digital Verification)

To save you time and shipping costs, we utilize a digital verification process. This ensures you do not have to mail physical products back to our registered office in most cases:

Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
Step 2: Provide your order number and clear photos/video showing the issue.
Step 3: Once verified, choose between a Full Refund or a Replacement Item.

4. Refund & Replacement Timing

• Refunds: Processed within 1-5 business days once approved.
• Replacements: Follows our standard timeline (Production: 5-7 business days + Shipping: 7-15 business days).

5. Change of Mind Policy

Since each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds for “change of mind,” “incorrect size selection by the customer,” or “personal preference.”
