  • Production Time (Handling): 5 to 7 business days
  • Shipping Time | USA: 7 to 15 business days
  • Shipping Rates: $5.99 for orders under $99.00 | Free shipping on orders over $99.

  Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

  Note: In rare instances (customs delays, carrier issues, or extreme weather), total delivery may take up to 20–25 business days.

  Cancellation & Return Policy

  Cancellation Policy

  You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. After this 12-hour window, cancellations are no longer available as the order has moved into the production and fulfillment stage.

  Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  HeyClogs accepts responsibility for issues caused by “Seller’s Error.” You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Wrong Item Received: The size, style, or design does not match your confirmed order.
  • Damaged or Defective: The item arrives with severe defects or broken parts.
  • Printing Errors: The custom UV-print is significantly different from your approved design.

  Process for Replacements & Refunds

  To report an issue, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. You must include your Order Number and clear photos showing the full item, the specific defect, and the shipping label.

  Note: In most cases involving our error, customers are not required to return the defective product, and no return shipping fees will be charged.

  Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–5 business days to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. If a refund is issued due to our error, the original shipping fee ($5.99) is also fully refunded.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection by the customer. We only provide free replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

  Non-Refundable Situations

  We cannot issue a replacement or refund for: incorrect size ordered by the customer, minor color variations, damage caused by improper handling, or requests submitted after the 14-day grace period.
