What payment methods does HeyClogs accept?
You can securely pay using PayPal, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer (available in select regions).
Can I pay with cash on delivery (COD)?
Unfortunately, HeyClogs requires 100% prepayment (including shipping fees, if any). COD is not currently available.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase. After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
When can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only for issues caused by HeyClogs, such as:
- Receiving the wrong size
- Receiving a product with a wrong design or print
- Receiving a damaged product (e.g., peeling, tearing, breaking)
How soon must I report a return?
Contact Hey Clogs within 14 days of receiving your order (based on tracking information) to report any of the above issues.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 1–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund.
Can I exchange a product for another size or design?
We do not offer exchanges for convenience. We will send a replacement at no extra cost only if the issue is caused by HeyClogs. Customers do not need to place a new order in such cases.
