Yes. In rare cases beyond our control (e.g., customs, carrier issues, high demand), delivery may take 20–25 business days.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase. After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Returns are accepted only for issues caused by HeyClogs, such as:

  • Receiving the wrong size
  • Receiving a product with a wrong design or print
  • Receiving a damaged product (e.g., peeling, tearing, breaking)

Contact Hey Clogs within 14 days of receiving your order (based on tracking information) to report any of the above issues.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 1–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund.

We do not offer exchanges for convenience. We will send a replacement at no extra cost only if the issue is caused by HeyClogs. Customers do not need to place a new order in such cases.
