  3. Do Crocs come in half sizes?

   Most styles do not. If you’re between sizes, go up to the next whole size.

  Shipping Information

  • Production Time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Shipping Time | USA: 5 to 12 business days

  Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
  For example, if you order a pair, it will take 3–5 business days to produce and 5–15 business days for delivery depending on your location.

  Cancellation & Return Policy

  Cancellation Policy

  You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as the order will be in the processing stage.

  Returning Goods

  You can return an item only if the issue is HeyClogs’ fault, such as:

  • Receiving the wrong size
  • Receiving an incorrect design or print
  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  You must contact HeyClogs within 14 days of receiving your order to report an issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of the return shipment. The return process can take up to 25 business days.

  Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 1-5 business days to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: HeyClogs does not offer exchanges in all cases. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item due to their error, they will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
