Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HeyClogs, a footwear brand owned and
operated by the legal entity A SHOE IN LLC.

By accessing our site and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products for any illegal purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

Section 2 – Business Transparency

HeyClogs is the online store and brand name. A SHOE IN LLC is the legal merchant and operator. HeyClogs has no public retail store and does not maintain finished inventory or operate a public warehouse. Each product is made to order after payment and is customized, packed, and shipped directly to the customer by independent production partners.

Product identity notice: HeyClogs sells its own made-to-order classic-style EVA clogs; they are not Crocs-brand products. Fan-themed products displaying third-party team names or logos are unofficial and unlicensed. HeyClogs is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or licensed by Crocs, any league, team, college, university, or other rights holder.

The South Dakota address is A SHOE IN LLC’s registered office for legal and administrative correspondence only. It is not a retail store, warehouse, fulfillment center, or return address.

Section 3 – Products and Services (Made-to-Order)

Our custom-printed footwear is produced using a made-to-order model. Each product is individually
crafted after an order is confirmed. All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Section 4 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, where the legal entity
A SHOE IN LLC is officially registered.
