1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

• Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (Mountain Time).
• Business Days: Monday – Friday.
• Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT or during weekends/public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Total waiting time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

A. Production Time (Handling)

• Standard Production: 5 – 7 business days.

B. Shipping Time (Transit)

• United States: 7 – 15 business days.

*Total delivery typically takes 12 – 22 business days. In rare instances (carrier delays or extreme weather), it may take longer (20–25 business days).

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 for all orders under $99.00 and $99.00.
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $99.00.
