1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

While our online store accepts orders 24/7, our production and fulfillment team operates continuously to ensure each pair of clogs meets our quality standards.

• Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (CST) – Central Standard Time.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed daily, including weekends.
• Note: Orders placed after 05:00 PM CST will begin processing the following day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Your total waiting time is calculated as: Order Processing Time + Shipping Time.

A. Order Processing Time (Handling)

Each pair of clogs undergoes a specialized UV-printing and quality control process before dispatch:

• Standard Processing: 5 – 7 business days.

B. Shipping Time (Transit)

Once dispatched from our fulfillment hub, estimated transit times are as follows:

• United States: 7 – 15 business days.

*In rare instances (customs delays, carrier issues, or extreme weather), total delivery may take up to 25 business days. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 for all orders under $99.00.
• Free shipping on orders over $99.

4. Business Transparency & Fulfillment

HeyClogs is an online store. Our physical location is for administrative and legal registration purposes only; no retail storefront is available for public walk-ins.
