Return & Refund Policy

At HeyClogs (an Online Store Brand owned and operated by the legal entity FLY SHOE BOUTIQUE LLC), we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Because our products are made-to-order, we have streamlined our policy to resolve issues quickly without requiring you to return the physical item in most cases.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order enters our automated production cycle and cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Eligibility for Resolution

We provide full support (Refund or Replacement) for issues caused by our manufacturing or fulfillment process, including:

  • Sizing Error: The size received does not match the size selected in your order confirmation.
  • Design Mismatch: The print or design differs significantly from the product description.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: The product arrived with tearing, peeling, or other manufacturing defects.

3. Easy Resolution Process (No Return Required)

To save you time and shipping costs, we do not require you to mail the physical product back to our administrative office. Instead, we use a digital verification process:

Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
Step 2: Provide your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue, including a photo of the shipping label on the package.
Step 3: Once our team verifies the error, you can choose between a Full Refund to your original payment method or a Replacement Item sent to you free of charge.

4. Refund & Replacement Timing

  • Refunds: Once approved, your refund is processed within 1-5 business days. Financial institutions may take an additional 3-7 business days to post the credit to your account.
  • Replacements: If you choose a replacement, please note that it follows the same timeline as your original order (Handling: 5-7 business days + Transit: 7-15 business days). We will provide a new tracking number as soon as it ships.

5. Change of Mind Policy

Since each item is printed specifically for you upon order, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for “change of mind,” “incorrect size selection by the customer,” or “personal preference.” Please review our size charts carefully before purchasing.
